What you can expect from this website, and what we ask of you — written to be read, not hidden.

This is the website of the AiGovOps Foundation, a nonprofit governed by two stewards — Bob Rapp and Ken Johnston. These terms cover your use of www.aigovops-foundation.com. Our community platform has its own separate terms that apply once you join it.

Using the site well

Be a good neighbor. Use the materials to learn and to help your organization govern AI responsibly.
Don't do harm. No harassment, scraping at scale, breaking into systems, or illegal activity; don't try to defeat safety controls or post other people's private information.

Open source and content

Our tools are open source under their stated licenses, and you're welcome to use them accordingly. The AiGovOps name, logo, and site content remain the Foundation's. Third-party materials we link to belong to their authors.

Donations

If you choose to give, payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms. [Tax-deductibility depends on the Foundation's final tax-exempt determination and EIN, which are being confirmed — do not state or rely on deductibility until counsel confirms it.]

The honest disclaimers

We work hard to make this site careful and accurate, but we provide it "as is." We can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and nothing here — including anything the on-site assistant says — is professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. To the fullest extent the law allows, the Foundation isn't liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of the site. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. (Counsel to confirm the limitation-of-liability language.)
